The following album is a collection of selected student works in progress and completed. We always have a great time in the studio/classroom. At times, it feels like walking through mud ... but when we arrive we all celebrate , sometimes quietly, the challenges that we faced and moved confidently through.

Change, like other phenomena, is valuable to examine.

I was enjoying your work on "The Ladies" and it reminds me, very much, of Grace Hartigan's paintings. Grace was an Abstract Expressionist popular in the middle of the last century; she was also a friend of mine. The faces in her paintings look remarkably similar to yours.
